Jonah has a high paying job, but he has not been saving. In order to be able to add savings to his budget, he needs to examine his expenses and remove all unnecessary spending. Since the costs of his transportation, utilities and health expenses are fixed, it can not reduce them. He spend little on recreation and that is acceptable. What remain for him to do is to reduce the amount of money he spends on housing. He can do this by renting another apartment or sharing his present apartment with someone else.
