First, I have to tell them the risks of having an unhealthy lifestyle. I will provide them a list of the possible diseases that people who are aging could have. Then, I will give them a list of some of the healthy habits they could apply in their lives. I will encourage them to at least jog around the area together every morning and I will encourage them to stop eating unhealthy foods.
We can tell them that many diseases can arise and they can lose quality of life because of them, or worse still, they can die because of these diseases.
How to have a good life in old age?
To avoid chronic diseases and have a good quality of life, it is necessary to have an adequate diet, especially at this age, as the elderly naturally lack vitamin B (composed of a complex of several substances that collaborates with the cellular respiration mechanism, providing energy for metabolism). Leisure, light physical activity outdoors at times recommended by doctors and other actions can help you live a long and healthy life.
The elderly have a constant change in immunity and a greater risk of infection, so the chance of having a better aging is linked to healthy habits, such as
- good nutrition
- hygiene
- issues
- and personal characteristics.
With this information, we can conclude that many diseases can arise and they can lose quality of life because of them, or worse still, they can die because of these diseases.
