We have to write our first body paragraph of an essay

Today, write body paragraph 1 to argue your first reason why American culture has or has not become dominant in your country. (Ireland)
Start with a strong topic sentence that creates an argument. (For example, "American food has assumed much greater importance over French food, especially in the fast food industry." That is a great topic sentence because it argues what the paragraph will say. On the other hand, "Moving on to food," is a terrible topic sentence for your paragraph because it does not argue anything. It just identifies the next topic.
A body paragraph should be 9-11 sentences and cite three times using MLA format. Don't forget to add a conclusion sentence to the paragraph.
