Some problems that they are facing are: low funding, understaffed, and limited space. Some new problems they might face later on will be: lack of resources, funding (still, I know), and staff safety/inmate violence. Because the crime rate continues to grow, more and more criminals are being arrested. And as a result of this, resources are being used more and more.
