Answer: Yes because there are certain religions that requires death and pain to others. Religions are mainly based off of terrible things that happened to people in the pass. If the government makes a descision to make the to make laws that'll affect people religions it doesn't mean the religion is going to syop just because it's interfered it just may have something added to it. The religions back in the days were based off of evil things so if people don't have something or somebody to change it, then too many people will find out and cause them to freak out or have some sort of breakdown. Just for the safety of others the government may have tomake some changes to religion
