Answer:

Hello there! I had a test with the question. Here were my options;

A.

They cause a rapid decrease in temperatures leading to rain.

B.

They release harmful greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

C.

They decontaminate natural water bodies, such as lakes and rivers.

D.

They circulate harmful disease-carrying organisms in the air.

Explanation:

As I was going through options I knew that it was not a nor c. I knew that because how would their gas effect tempreratures?  So, I had to find out if it was either b or d. I thought about it a little more and then I realized that it was b. Their exhaust makes it so that gasses ¨ travel¨  into the atmosphere. That was my guess please please tell me if im wrong :]
