It’s all of the above. I’m assuming you’re talking about Siddhartha, who later became the Buddha? If you are, then it’s all of the above. He was raised in a palace as a prince, and Hindu, and was a young man before he transferred and actually created this new stem of religion, which was Buddhism. Hope this helps!
