In Arizona, it is illegal to perform any sexual activity before the age of 18. Even if you both give consent, it is still illegal. Which in my opinion, is not a bad thing. If you have been raped, you report straight to the police. It is also illegal not to report. It's not a bad thing to report, but I get it if your scared this person is going to hurt you more. You could go into witness protection, and everything will most likely be okay.
