Explanation:Our body is up all day for 24 hours and at some point our body needs to lets just say recharge.The dangers of not getting sleep is high there was a man who went 32 days no sleep he tried to go to 33 and he died so it effects our health a lot.

Our body is like a phone, It can be used all day but it needs to recharge at some point. 2. Some dangers are insomnia, Sleep Paralysis,etc. The impact is that it can effect your mental health and motor skills. 3. This is up to you. I don't get enough sleep I am awake till 1AM until I realize I have school to go to. In the summer I pull "all-nighters" which I don't recommend.
