Laura and Chad both saving to buy Cars. Chad has saved $1,235. Laura has saved 5 times as much as Chad. How much has Laura saved?

5 x 1,235 = 6,175......I got the same thing u did :)
it is very simple. you just have to multiply 5 and 1,235. 1,235x5 is $6,175.
