1.be nice or talk nice to yourself for example you can complement yourself or just try to see the positive things about you.

2. Stop compering yourself to other people for example don’t look at other people’s or celebrity social media accounts and compare your body or look to them.

3. Smile more, smiling is a really good way to change your mood even if you are feeling bad smiling will help you to be more positive which helps to improve self concept.

4. Be gentle to yourself most of the time when we do wrong things or put ourselves in an embarrassing situation we become mean to ourselves instead we can till ourselves that it’s okey every one have mistakes and embarrassing situations.

5. Always try to see how far you’ve come not how far you have to go .

Don’t hold things in most of the time when we have problems in our lives we tend to be more protective about our problems and we don’t share what is really bothering us, however sometimes we need to share it with a friend, family, life coach, or even a Psychologist to feel better letting every thing out plus you might get a good advice from them.


7. Stay active , staying active has a lot of benefits to your body,skin, Metal health , and your self esteem.


8. Find a new hobby or an interest , learning new things is never a bad idea instead it gives you more knowledge and it really helps with improving self concept.
