This is something that everyone needs to read. People go through many challenges, some worse than others, but that doesn't minimize the fact that whatever one is going through is difficult. Listen, learn, teach, and what I mean by this is listen to what people have to say, because you might learn something new about them and it might mean more to them than anything else. When I say learn, what I mean is learn about them more because the more you learn the more you can help. When I say teach, what I mean is talk to them and explain to them they are not alone, help them when they need it because you never know... they might fall and you might not be able to get them back up.
