Answer: to be completely honest i know how you feel because i am rank expert soon to be ace and i still cant message people nor see my inbox i have a feeling its a glitch or something is wrong in the server when i check my inbox there is never anything in there even though i have notifications i have even tried to contact a moderator and the system admin yet i get no response i am truly sorry i cannot help you nor anybody else with this problem.
