Having good friends can keep you be happy and well balanced, because you are in a stable relationship its influencing your emotional health well. Which then in turn keeps you physically healthy because you aren't depressed because you have people there for you. So you'll be getting out of the house and hanging out with them rather than being alone with no one to talk or turn to. Which now leads us to mental health our emotions will be average rather than feeling utterly alone and if you ever feel that way your good friend will help you and talk you through it. (Everything is like dominoes when one side of the triangle falls the rest do too.)
