What do you think are the reasons why school teachers should not be seen drinking alcoholic beverages even outside of their teaching hours ? this type of discipline justified, or does it violate the private rights of teachers ?

In my opinion it encourages kids to drink alcohol. If a teacher is drinking on campus or close to the school any of them could get drunk and that wouldn't be a great role model or example for the kids.

The reason why teacher could not been seen taking alcohol outside of their teaching hours is if the appointment letter stated it otherwise the type of discipline is not justified.

Private right of a profession like a teacher should be against taking of alcohol after the teaching hours, because after the school hours he should be able to live his own normal life.

However, this can affect his students because they might want to practice what he is doing.

But if it wasn't stated during his appointment, then he has the right to drink after the school hours
