Which means :-

[tex]4x = 98[/tex]
[tex]x = \frac{98}{4} [/tex]
[tex]x = 24.5[/tex]
Then :-
4x - 3 =
= 4 × 24.5 - 3
= 98 - 3
= 95°
Therefore , the value of x = 24.5 and the measure of angle d = 95° .

Given :-
∠x = 55°
∠y = 48°
∠w = -2p + 111
Then :-
w = x + y ( exterior angle property )
[tex] - 2p + 111 = 55 + 48[/tex]
[tex] - 2 p+ 111 = 103[/tex]
[tex] - 2p = 103 - 111[/tex]
[tex] - 2p = - 8[/tex]
[tex]p = \frac{ - 8}{ - 2} [/tex]
[tex]p = 4[/tex]
Which means :-
∠w =
= -2 × 4 + 111
= -8 + 111
= 103
Therefore , the value of p = 4 and the measure of ∠w = 103° .
