Answer:

The Roman Republic was created after the Romans overthrew their King Tarquin the Proud. With the Roman Republic's symbol being 'SPQR' (which translates to The Senate and the People of Rome), this period of time in the Roman Empire consisted of elected officials ranging from power: two counsuls were elected yearly and had the most power, praetors were in charge with the Roman census, and later tribunes were added to vocalize the opinions of the plebian, or poor, population of Rome (these are only a few positions). Roman Roads were essential to Rome, especially as the Empire grew, to help improve trading routes among the Empire. Finally public health is defined as the health of the population as a whole in a region or country.
