There wouldn’t be a society. Because humans will be dead.

Pain is necessary. Pain tells us something is wrong with our bodies. Without pain, we could be walking on broken bones, have fatal wounds, and don’t know about it until we can no longer move or drop dead. A small splinter could stick in our back, got infected, causing tissue damage before we know it, there’s gangrene and we’d be dead.

We could get regular physicals, but the diagnosis would be extremely difficult when the patient can’t tell the doctor what is wrong.

We’ll probably go extinct within a few generations.

If we couldn't feel pain it would have some good and bad side affects. If we couldn't feel pain the good part would be that we wouldn't hurt if we got small injury like paper cuts, bumping into counters, and so on. But that brings me to the bad side of not being able to feel pain, if we couldn't feel pain and got really hurt like a broken bone, shot, or a fatal head injury it could be really bad for us because we might not be able to know until it was to late. and that's what might happen if we couldn't feel pain.
