He clasps the crag with crooked hands;
Close to the sun in lonely lands,
Ring'd with the azure world, he stands.
The wrinkled sea beneath him crawls;
He watches from his mountain walls,
And like a thunderbolt he falls.

Summary:he claps a mountain, he is above the ocean, he fell off of the mountain

Simile; Like a thunderbolt he falls

He means the world  below him looks bright and brilliant

Ballad because he uses articulate vocabulary for the story can have more

(i really don't know how to answer this right but i think i should say smarts)

The scheme is that a man fell down off of a mountain

(again i don't think i got it right)
