I think the idea of leadership that this suggest is that as a Leader, you will always have someone that do not like you.
Many people only think of the benefit of being a leader, such as great authority, huge amount of freedom, etc. But they often forget that as soon as you fill the position at the top, you declare yourself as the target of others that wanted the same
