Ladies and Gentlemen,
how man of you plan to have children in your lifetime? (wait for audience to respond) and how many of you would like them to have the same types of luxuries we do? well sadly on the track we are right now that is not a possibility. no one seems to be concerned with how finite fossil fuels are and how ineffective they are as well. as fossil fuels create more issues than they solve. the only true way to ensure a clean sustainable future for our children is through clean sustainable energy. maybe instead of building more plants that consume fossil fuels we could build solar farms or windmill fields, maybe instead of fossil fuel research we move government funding to the research of cold fusion and other powerful energy sources. it is all just a matter of time before the fossil fuel reserves dry up and none is left, and the only way to survive the inevitable crisis is to really truly cut off our ties with the fossil fuel industry.
