Which is most likely to be real: aliens existing or ghosts being real and why?

Second question: why is it easier to cry about something you don't relate to than to be happy or laugh at something that happened in your own life?

I guess it would be aliens though I do not believe in the concept of them I do believe that there’s other life out there.

I think it might be easier to cry about something you don’t relate to because whatever happened you don’t want it to happen to you so that’s why it’s easier to cry about something you don’t relate to than to be happy at something that happened in your own life.
