First of all, don't jump on the trampoline for 2 and a half hours before swim class. Second of all: I would massage ur legs with a lil bit of lotion, and put a hot washcloth on ur legs, and walk around lightly to losen up ur muscles. Hope you don't hurt ur legs any further in swim class!!!

Soak in a hot bath filled with epsom salt. Epsom salt relaxes and helps losses over worked or sore muscles. Worked for me every time.
