Start thinking about what makes you happy. Seeing an animal happy or seeing your friend laughing at your jokes. Or when something stressful is happening, think this. Is it gonna matter in 1 year?
1. Focus on your breathing patterns
2.think of something/someone peaceful and/or happy and just think the situation is gonna be over soon
