This harsh world is set ablaze
As smoke drifts in the air sufficating the sun Â
Corpses in every direction pain screaming it's own name
Families mourn the loss of loved ones as tears fall upon the floor
As bruised soldiers stagger away
And although this battle is won what does that mean
when it is only bittersweet
War will still persist as it always has
This world is robbed of it's beauty and comfort
Punctured and pressed, broken and hurt
And beyond repair
