Even though finishing my physical activity program was hard at times, I am content with my accomplishment. After every workout session, I felt happy and with a sense of achievement since I prove to myself that I am capable of doing things that I tough that I could not do. The final result is extremely positive. I now am in shape, have more strength and resistance. Also, I feel happier and relaxed. Due to these reasons, I plan to keep exercising every day.

Completing a physical activity program can have physical and mental benefits. Some of the physical benefits are learning a new skill or improving one, improve your stamina, flexibility, and strength, and lose weight.
