You need a Calculator that has tangent, cosine, & sine on it. Or you can just use Desmos. You can find the angle by using inverse tangent. Since 17 is across from the angle, 17 is opposite and since 16 is right next to the angle, 16 is adjacent. Opposite over adjacent makes tangent. Since you don’t have an angle you need to use inverse tangent instead of just tangent. The way you do inverse tangent on a calculator is click 2nd and then click Tan. I show it in the picture below. After you figure that out all you need to do is in the parentheses put 17/16.
