But say you have just lost a family member, or you have gotten financial issues because of the virus. These are things that you cant blame yourself for. You have to learn to not blame everything on yourself and that not everything can be changed or 'fixed'. Knowing the difference can change how you see yourself, how you deal with stress, and how you problem solve as well.
