OMG I did this in 5th grade! Now all I have to do is remember what the answers are, so here goes nothing.

Christians launched military attacks in order to retake Jerusalem.

The holy cities should be used for praising their religions.

I'm sorry but I don't have an answer for the 3rd column.

Muslims were with the christians on launching military attacks, and so were the jews.
