B. 5 foot by 11 foot

the numbers have to be divisible in both directions.

11x11 doesn't work, because at 15 feet wide one tile isn't wide enough, and 2 is too wide.

5x11 works- 3x5= 15 and 11x5=55. you'd use 15 tiles.

the rest are all smaller.
