Even though im not giving you the 200 or 300 document I can tell you that you can include things like: Write WHY you want independence and FROM WHAT. Another thing might be WHAT MOTIVATES YOU to be set free from that. Take into account that there should be some introductory words talking about the act of independence, maybe a list of things that you find wrong on the things you want to be set free from, and a conclussion stating a good summary of what you have said. With this i think you may be able to work for what you need.
