When will the equations y=5000/8.5x+30000 and y=15000/5.5x+5000 be of equal value? (when will y be the same in both equations while x is also the same)

5000/8.5x+30000=15000/5.5x+5000
minus 5000 both sides
5000/8.5x+25000=15000/5.5x
times both sides by (8.5)(5.5)
(5.5)(5000)x+(8.5)(5.5)(25000)=(8.5)(15000)x
27500x+1168750=127500x
minus 27500x from both sides
1168750=100000x
divide both sides by 100000
x=11.6875

sub
y=(5000/8.5)(11.6875)+30000
y=6875+30000
y=36875
