The lesson is:
(PART 1 ALL 7 EXERCISES MUST BE DONE DAILY and LISTED EVERYDAY by day and date):
MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY!
1.)Jumping Jacks ( 5 sets of 10 with a 20 second rest)
2.) Burpees (5 sets of 10 with a 30 second rest)
3.)Squats ( 5 sets of 20 with a 30 second rest)
4.)Mountain Climbers ( 3 sets of 20 with a 20 second rest)
5.)Push ups (3 sets of 10 with a 30 second rest)
6.)Lunges (3 sets of 10 to each leg with a 20 second rest)
7.)Planks (3 sets of 15 second hold with a 10 second rest)
(PART 2)
*You must also submit a 4 day dietary intake (MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY). This must include everything you have eaten for 4 consecutive days. List the foods. Include total carbohydrates, proteins, and fats of each item you have eaten. Do the best you can do!! You can break it down by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks.
