Amazon should treat their workers better, accept unions, stop their propaganda to the public (I always see these Amazon ads talking about the "great pay and working environment" and the such, I just see it as propaganda). I personally feel like Amazon rigged the union vote in Alabama, you can tell because large amounts of No Votes were submitted at the same time in a pattern and only about 30-40% of the workers voted, so I feel like Amazon tried to threaten them into consequences if they voted Yes. About the conditions, it's true, Amazon employees have tough schedules, barely any bathrooms that are spaced so far away that walking there would take up more than their break, which is why they have to resort to peeing in bottles.
