How can I write this idea but make it at least 100 words!

“When I was little my father had a scar on his pulse which basically made the sound of his pulse really loud. I used to press it to my ear and laugh and say I was listening to the trains because it sounded like a train.”

Like how do I make the flashback longer? If that makes sense

Included what year this happened in and how your father was feeling, also included what he did to stop the pain and whether or not he went to the hospital
