This is probably due to the image of masculinity that we have in our head, which makes us perceive our parents as more aggressive and angry people, even if they do not show this behavior. Furthermore, as children we tend to have greater contact with our mothers, which establishes a closer relationship. However, we must remember that everything our fathers do is to protect us and that they love us very much, just like our mothers.
