Explain the difference between transverse wave and longitudinal wave.

Transverse wave is a wave which vibrates or oscillates at right angles to the direction the wave or energy is moving
Examples : light waves abd waves that are traveling on the surface of the water.

Longitudinal waves is a wave which vibrates or oscillates to the direction the energy or wave is moving
