After the Fall of last Mughal Empire, the Muslims of the sub continent were depressed in every field of life.

The Muslims were not allowed to go their mosque for worship and they were forced to do odd jobs.

The British rule some what went against the Muslim culture and religion so Indian Muslims demanded a separate nation for themselves and initiated revolt against British rule.

The British started blaming Muslims for this and they said its like they are taking revenge form British. The struggle continued for almost a century and in 1940 British decided to escape from Subcontinent and free Indian Muslims from its rule.
