Odysseus is recognized as an epic hero for his role as king of ithaca, his participation in the battle, and his return journey. A hero is defined by a superhuman facility, such as intelligence, physical vigor, or fearlessness. Odysseus was kenned for his facility to reason, and he fulfills all of the requirements for an epic hero, and then some. He demonstrates his capacity to communicate properly, and his grace aids him along the journey, he receives assistance. His intense curiosity has gotten him into a lot of arduousness, but his extraordinary vigor and intelligence have gotten him and his crew out of trouble
