All bills passed by both houses go to the President for one of the following actions:

a. Sign and bill becomes law

b. Veto - goes back to Pongress who can override with 2/3rd majority

c. Allow bill to become law by not acting for 10 days

d. Pocket Veto - session ends and President does not act - start all over

A) No, still has to go through judicial review
C) This would result in a pocket veto
D) I think the session would not start all over again, but not too well versed
