Many people have been harmed because of the lack of safety technology may have, especially things in early development where they might not work properly. Another bad thing about technology now is that it is replacing a lot of things that we have known for years. They've been changed completely to fit our new society, which sometimes can be wasteful. Speaking of being wasteful, newer technology can be incredibly expensive to make. Selling this technology is going to cost even more, and it might not even work properly, causing all the work and money to be worth nothing. Especially if people don't like it, in which case it would likely not be funded and it would not be worth it. Our society hasn't always benefited from our newer technology and it can be shown in our everyday lives.
