Create a list of three changes that were the result of European colonization that significantly impacted Native Americans. Explain the impact of each change on the Native American population

Respuesta :

1. First, is disease. The Native Americans were for the most part isolated with their own people and tribes. While the Europeans began colonizing their land, they introduced many different sicknesses like smallpox, measles, typhus, and cholera. The Natives had no immunity to these new diseases and many died due to them.

2. Many Native American women were seen as potential marriage partners for the Europeans. Many were taken from their families and tribes to force into marriage because they were seen as "wild" and "unseen".

3. The Natives were also killed through things like slavery and war. The Europeans saw them as monsters as they spoke another language, and had different beliefs so through their fear, they killed.
