Governmentto rule by right of authority, as a king or queen or elected administrator does: [~ + object]to govern a nation. [no object]I'm sure he governs fairly. to exercise a directing or restraining influence over; control:[~ + object]the motives that govern a decision.

Answer:

To govern fairly means to take everyone's ideas into consideration and not just one race's or gender's. It also means to lead by trust, respect, and earning, not by intimidation or fear. Lastly it means to make ALL of their citizens feel welcomed and safe. An example of this is our own president. (This is just what I think. We are all entitled to our thoughts.) I feel our president has not been governing fairly. I think this because of our prices. For example, since he has been in office our gas price has risen $2! Some food prices have gone up 15%. And homes' and apartments' rent has gone up a total of 17%.
