A person or an individual with Medicare Advantage HMO should not obtain Medicare from another source or health care provider based on the fact that the person is not under the plan.

He cannot in any way see any other health care provider he likes because the health care provider is not within is medicare plan network.

This means that he should only receive medicare from where he registered except in a situation where his health care provider is not available at that point in time.
