  • The environment depends on how well a society takes care of it. Factories or traffic can impact it, and it depends on society as a whole to create a good environment.
  • Social facts we can control some of them deciding how, when, where and with who we interact.
  • A healthy lifestyle, making the decision, and doing the right things to have a healthy life is the fact we can control the most since it depends only on us.

To sum up, the factors that we can control the most are the ones that depend solely on us and that we are conscious about it. That is why the order is personal, health care, environmental, social, and healthy lifestyles.
