I am pretty sure that the following which is not an indicator that a society may discriminate against women is A. Females make up less than 50% of the population. I choose this one because this statement contains just a fact whereas the rest of option migh contain a tone of judgement.

The correct answer is C.

Discrimination means the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age or sex.

The statement that women first  marry once they reach their 20's is not discriminating against women, as it merely states a fact without any judgement.

All the rest of the statements convey a meaning that women are somehow less important or valid in the society: they either make up less than 50% of the population, they have low employment rate or the female infanticide rate is high. These statements are biased against women en general and therefore discriminating against them.
