When someone is different cultural wise does not give them a disadvantage in any way. It just means that he has been brought up a different way and to me i see that as an advantage.
Being from a diverse cultural background does not put someone at a disadvantage in any manner. It just implies that he was raised in a different manner, which I consider to be a benefit.
