D i believe, however it could be B but i think it is more likely that it would be D

Its B, America used new technologies best example being Agent Orange to clear out large areas of vegetation because the main North Viet tactics was Guerrilla warfare which included a hit and run strategy which also included hiding in the vegetation, It is B.
