Let us begin by explaining the Energy transformation that will take place

  1. Because the car runs on electricity, electrical energy that is stored in form of chemical energy is converted to mechanical energy that causes the car to move
  2. Now when the car is in motion, the fan rotates, and my means of electro magnetic induction, the rotational(Mechanical Energy) possessed by the fan is converted to electrical energy which will then be converter to chemical energy stored in the battery of the car

Ok, let us discuss about why the idea will not work

Although the system will work, but to some extent, that is it will not sustain the process, over time the system will consume more energy than it will generate

Going my the law of thermodynamics "There is no perpetual motion machine of the first order" hence theoretically the system is not possible
