A seller may rejects an offer due to different reasons.  Sellers often doo have several options when they are receiving a bid for their property. It is better to make a counteroffer with revisions when your offer is being rejected.

A seller is known too be able to counter and ask for changes to the fastesr money deposit, purchase price etc. In the above scenario, the Sue for his commission is not necessary in this case.
